“For Si and I there is really only situation that makes us nervous, but thankfully Matt is not here today.” HAHA!!!
I have been working on getting comfortable riding with my left hand free, since I am left handed I fell into the trap of always using it to stabilize my bike. I was wondering why I couldn’t master riding no-handed and then I realized that I needed to practice riding one handed with my right and left hand…it is a work in progress 😉
I’m left handed as well. I usually leave my left hand on the bar and use my right to reach my water bottle or jersey pockets. After watching this, I realize I purposely put gels and Cliff Bars in my right hand jersey pocket so I can get at them easily. Time to switch it up 🙂
