Erin Stern is a 2 time Ms Olympiad. I subscribe to her YouTube channel to learn new exercises, and proper lifting techniques. In this video she demonstrates a series of body weight, light dumbbell, and tabata exercises you can do at home now the gyms are closed.
She encourages everyone to think of this time as an opportunity – an opportunity to break thru plateaus, learn new techniques, and maintain strength. She is very positive, and an inspiration to us all, regardless of your sport. She is a body builder, not a cyclist, and understandably focuses on symmetry, aesthetics, and balanced development. Her focus is on mindfulness, time under tension, and balanced muscle development, things we can all benefit from.
