Strengthening … 🏋

I haven’t been working out for the past few weeks. Cycling, yes. Strength workouts, no. Company curtailed these sessions.

This time of year, I do 2-3 full-body sessions per week – crunches, hamstring curls, leg lifts, cris-crosses, plank variations, squats, curls, shoulder & chest presses. I wondered if I had lost any strength.

I just completed 4 sets of 10+ reps for each exercise, and don’t feel I have lost any strength. It feels the same. In fact, I think I can increase the reps. Next time.
