There are no better ingredients than fresh fruits and vegetables (and the odd micro brew) to fuel your rides.

Those tomatoes! Gorgeous!
Haven’t read from you in a while. Hope you are doing fine?
Hi Becky. It’s nice to hear from you. No. I haven’t posted recently. I had a high speed cycling crash on a long descent. At 65 kph my wind jacket came out of my jersey jacket and got caught in the rear wheel stopping it from turning. I lost control of the bike and was thrown over the handlebars and tumbled down the road. I’m ok. Not broken bones but do have a concussion. The emergency doctor told me my helmet saved my life. So, I have not been able to post. Hope you are well.
Oh my God, that sounds horrible! I was thinking about you today and wondered if something had happened, and now I’m so sorry to see that I was right. I hope you’ll get better soon and be back to biking and blogging and all those things you love to do. All the best, take care… B
Thanks Becky. I’m on the mend and hope to begin cycling again soon.
Crossing fingers for you to recover 🎈
