I am just always relieved to see sets of stairs next to escalators…it is embarrassing to admit but I am not in big cities often enough to quite get over my fear of the monstrous, ever-moving escalator!
I’m the same way with all moving lift. I once had an elevator suddenly free-fall 7 floors with me inside until it came to a sudden stop. The ceiling, and I were violently thrown to the floor. Ever since, I only use them when necessary, and prefer to take the stairs.
I liked this image. It demonstrates we all have a choice to exercise regularly, or not.
They need to have something like that set up like a CX course, then we are talking!
🙂
