JJ Bean is a local coffee roaster with a location near the office. I often have their Ranchero Wrap before heading out for laps around Stanley Park. It’s delicious – veggie hash, scrambled eggs, Monterey Jack cheese on a Chipotle tortilla with a small salted.
Dude, I eat a banana for 31 miles. I think I’m understanding why I believe I get to eat so well after. My idea of eating well might not be the same as everyone else’s.
That is what I used to do. And always have a banana on hand. But I will be put all afternoon and will only eat a light dinner at 8.
Yup, that’s how I roll to, except we rage for a little less than an hour and a half, chat for 20 minutes, then hit dinner at 8. At first I was just trying to be a smart Alec, but I’m reconsidering… Hell, I might be nuts!
