I spend as much time at the office as I do on the bike. Sitting without movement. At least on the bike I am moving. Exercising. Getting sun and challenging myself.

True enough. Figure I’ll bump it up after I retire… Gotta make the bacon while the makin’s good.
I have cut back this past year. Experimenting. Trying to find out what retirement might look like. My youngest just finished university this Spring and I always thought when she finished I would retire. But I enjoy being involved and getting out of the house. I suspect I will continue like this and take longer holidays. When I have time, and the weather is nice, I prefer to be on my bike than doing anything else. I spent too many years working and not enjoying the kids or cycling enough.
