When I wake in the morning, I am already thinking of my next ride. A day is not complete without one. It may just be the daily commute; the next big hill to master; the next century; laps around Stanley Park; or, a spinning workout in the gym. Each day, I am determined to improve – my speed, endurance or technical skills. And, when I go to bed at night, I am usually satisfied with the day’s ride and already thinking of tomorrow’s.
